We aim to restore and refresh rather than drastically alter. Small adjustments or trims can be made by request; major restyles are discussed beforehand and may be offered as a separate service.
Frequency depends on use. For daily wear, consider every six to twelve weeks; occasional wearers may need servicing every few months. We'll recommend a maintenance schedule based on fiber type, styling products used, and your lifestyle.
Bring any storage caps, original net, or product information if available. If color correction or major changes are desired, bring reference photos. Otherwise, our team supplies all professional products and tools for the service.
Minor lace repairs, hairline tightening, and re-venting can often be performed during a revamp. Significant repairs or full lace replacement may require additional time or a separate repair appointment.
