The rate covers travel to your U.S. shoot and on-set makeup service for one client for up to eight hours. It includes artist travel time, kit setup, and touch-ups. Extra hours and accommodations are handled per policy.
Additional time is billed at $150 per hour for any hours beyond the included eight. Overtime is invoiced after service or added to the final invoice; please confirm billing arrangements at booking.
Yes. Accommodations must be provided by the client for overnight or multi-day bookings. Please arrange safe lodging and meals for the artist(s) and confirm details ahead of the shoot.
We recommend booking at least two to six weeks in advance, earlier for busy seasons or large productions. Early booking secures artist availability, travel arrangements, and any necessary coordination with production teams.
This traveling rate applies to one client per artist for up to eight hours. Servicing additional clients requires separate booking or an expanded team; please request a customized quote for multiple talent.
Cancellations or reschedules should be made as soon as possible. Standard policy requires at least 48–72 hours notice to avoid fees; same-day cancellations or late changes may incur partial or full charges, including travel expenses.
