Confirm bookings as early as possible—preferably several weeks before the shoot. Early confirmation secures artist availability, travel arrangements, and accommodations. Last-minute requests may be accommodated subject to availability and may require rush fees or adjusted scheduling.
A deposit is required to secure travel bookings; final payment is due prior to or on the service day. Cancellations within a specified window may incur fees. Specific terms, including deposit amounts and cancellation deadlines, will be provided in your confirmation.
