Get answers to common questions about Eyelash Service.
A full set usually takes 60–120 minutes depending on desired volume and lash health. Classic sets are quicker, while volume or mega-volume takes longer. Maintenance fills typically require 45–75 minutes. We allocate time for consultation and client comfort.
When applied correctly by trained technicians using quality products, extensions should not damage natural lashes. Proper isolation and appropriate weight prevent stress. Follow aftercare, avoid oil-based products, and schedule regular fills. Occasional breaks help maintain lash health if you experience issues.
Extensions follow your natural lash growth cycle and typically last two to four weeks before noticeable gaps appear. We recommend fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness. Longevity depends on aftercare, skin type, and daily routines like makeup and cleansing.
You can wear eye makeup, but avoid waterproof or oil-based mascaras that break down adhesive. Use extension-safe, water-based formulas and gentle removers. Be cautious when applying eyeliner or heavy products at the lash base to prevent premature lifting or adhesive failure.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid using oil-based products beforehand. Remove contact lenses or bring a case to reinsert after service. Avoid caffeine to minimize eye twitching. Inform your technician of allergies, sensitivities, or recent eye procedures before starting.
Minor irritation, redness, or watery eyes can occur initially. Allergic reactions to adhesive are rare but possible. Avoid eyelash services with active eye infections or recent surgeries. We perform consultations and patch tests for sensitivities and provide aftercare instructions and professional removal if issues arise.
